Located on the upper deck of Jax Place, Studio 9 receives a lot of light and is North West facing with a view of a palm tree from the kitchen window. This luxury designed unit is privately located on the upper deck in the corner. The Studio is designed in an open layout with a wooden teak queen bed and en-suite bathroom with large shower. The studio is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette with a simplistic and comfortable design -. A large work space has been provided, just ideal for that month to month stay.

Monthly module rate is R8 980.00 (R299.00 per day) for one person and R11 980.00* (R399.00 per day) for a couple including our personal laundry service when securing a 3 month reservation with us!

Let us tailor make a rental rate for what you need, if you are here on holiday or business contract, we are flexible on our terms.
Short term stays requiring laundry is an additional R200.00 per person, per week which is inclusive of washing and ironing. The rooms are turned between Monday to Friday with a laundry service arranged on a specific day.
