Based on the lower level of Jax Place this unit has two entrances. The main entrance from the undercover parking area and the second entrance leads out on to the Zen Garden / deck area. Apartment 4 offers a fully equipped kitchenette combined with kitchen nook. Once you have prepared your meal enjoy it on the Zen Deck where braai facilities are also available. A work station has been provided in the bedroom area, an ideal corporate work station.
The unit is equipped with a queen bed and large en-suite shower. The lounge area is set in a tranquil Zen garden design with wooden floors and the relaxing sounds of the water features outside. An additional guest bathroom in the lounge area.
Monthly module rate from R9 980.00* for one person and R12 980.00* for a couple, complimentary laundry service for our longer term tenants booking more than 2 months with us.
We charge an additional R200.00 per person, per week for our laundry service if requested The rooms are turned daily from Monday to Friday with a laundry service arranged on a specific day.
