All administration and lease fees are for the Tenants account with one and a half month's deposit payable with the first months rental to secure a unit for 2024. One larger unit can be shared at a reduced rate to each Student of R4,000-00 per sharing Student per month. The single units are available at R5,500-00 each per month.
