We are proud to unveil the first of our show homes, where you will be able to explore the European style building methodology and design of our complete and furnished show house. The development has brought an exciting new eco-friendly concept into South Africa. The innovative design and structure has spiked interest in the new age smart home. The concept of the development has been inspired by our Netherlands Development Group, MaxxLiving. The purpose of this is to introduce a greener way of life by moving completely off the grid and introducing eco-friendly energy methods to sustain a well-maintained estate.

Weekend viewing times are Sat/Sun 10am - 4pm, but it is recommended to make an appointment with one of the sales consultants first.
