LOCATION
The level, irregular shaped site is located at the junction of Quartz and Brons Streets in Rustenburg Industrial, also referred to as Zinniaville industrial area, an industrial township approximately 3.5 kilometres north east of Rustenburg CBD. The property lies adjacent to Tlhabane residential area and the immediate area is surrounded by industrial and residential properties. The property is accessed from Brons Street.

Rustenburg is situated at the foot of the Magaliesberg mountain range in North West Province. They largely rely on the platinum mining industry and thus most of the general industry in the town is associated with the mining sector. The modern single storey office is air conditioned, it is constructed of face brick with steel window frames under a pitched concrete tiled roof profile. The internal walls are plastered and painted with concrete floors covered with ceramic floor tiles. Ceilings are suspended with box mounted fluorescent lighting.
